Random files in my explorer can't be deleted or moved. Under security, it just says that I, the only user and administrator, don't have permission to view the ownership or edit any of the properties of the file. I can't even change if it's read only or not. This causes my explorer to lag out and makes it so I can't even open some programs. I've tried SFC, defragging, CC Cleaner, Avast Clean Up, and have scanned with anti virus. Only way I can seem to get it to work is using CMD as admin, but that's tedious and time consuming.
