Windows 10 corrupt file drvstore.dll - Lost my drivers for graphics and audio - DISM and sfc /scannow does not repair, please help

I am at my wits end, I've tried everything I can think of and would appreciate any help please...My computer started playing up with lots of registry errors, thought my hard drive was failing, Norton 360 has helped solve the errors but I am left with C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\drvstore.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error...I have lost the drivers for my graphics card (AMD Radeon R7 200 Series Ultimate HD 7750) and audio card (AudioMax HD7.1)Windows Update keeps failing, I am unable to update the latest drivers - I suspect the culprit is this drvstore.dll file which is
