My camera is being blocked or used by another process. I've tried three cameras and gotten the same results so its not the cameras. I tested them and get the result that "Your webcam is being used or blocked by another program". Tried all the canned MS fixes. The cameras work fine but the output can't be seen/heard on the other end. I ran ProcessExplorer as Administrator to identify the processes (searched for #vid) that are using the camera and tried to kill the trees and got this result "System" when searched for "#vid" and if I do "kill process tree" it says "error opening interrupts: The
