Windows 10 Game Controllers

I'm currently trying to recalibrate on of my flight simulator peripherals. The issue I'm running in to is that the Set up USB game controllers program just won't respond. It says not responding, then a minute later it's "responding" then I try to go to the calibration page and it stops responding. My Windows 10 is up to date and it started doing this abt 2 days ago. Please help, it makes it impossible to recalibrate it!
