After restore point Windows isnt placing phones in File Explorer to access them

My computer started getting trouble so I set it to the restore point I made the day before. The issue went away but then when I connected my phones to transfer videos neither of them would appear in File Explorer. Usually they appear as D: or E: drive. When I connect a USB stick Windows has no issue putting it in Explorer right under the C: drive, so I know it isnt the USB port. In Devices & Printers either phone shows up as usual with its name and special icon. They start charging when I connect them and my computer makes the alert sound when I connect them.
