Cannot sign out of OneDrive from my personal computer

Somehow my personal computer has linked one of my OneDrive accounts to it. I use a local account to log in so I am trying to remove the link. I can remove the OneDrive icon but it is still linked. I cannot see the blue cloud icon in the system tray, so I am unable to right-click and sign out.
