Which ZIP utilities are should I be using (which is Windows based)?

I believe I understand Zip Files (reason and makeup), but I seem to have several options to choose from.I am particularly interested in a MS Windows solution - since when I download files from OneDrive, the OneDrive utility "Zips" the files before downloading to my PC (showing up in my Downloads folder).But now, when I right-click on the Zipped file, I get a popup with:What are all of these options - all seem to be Zip solutions.Which one of these should I be using?Are any/some/all of these MS-based solutions?For simplicity, should I get rid (delete if I can) the non-MS Zip solutions?As I ment
