I recently updated my laptop (June 14, 2022—KB5014699 (OS Builds 19042.1766, 19043.1766, and 19044.1766)). I use a direct ethernet connection to my laptop and use my laptop's mobile hotspot feature as wifi for my mobile phone. After the update, whenever I connect my mobile phone to my laptop's hotspot, I can no longer browse gmail or even microsoft outlook or any other website except youtube on my laptop. Even upon reloading, the webpage does not load. When I check properties it shows that I have internet but still cannot load most webpages on my laptop. When I disconnect my mobile phone from
