Got a blue screen just from opening up my laptop, went to my dropbox folder, searched for a document, and upon opening the document

Hi. My laptop is an Acer Nitro 5 that was bought last September. For some reason, I literally just opened up my computer to look for a file that I saved in Dropbox, and upon opening that file, a blue screen popped out. Here's the Memory Dump File:MEMORY the time of the blue screen, I didn't have any external hardware other than a Ugreen usb extension for USB 3.0, my mouse attached to that Ugreen usb extension, and a keyboard through bluetooth. The USB ports I have are all 3.0.
