Hi, I am Abdulqadir, and I got a question about Windows 10, it's a bit annoying, and I was trying 3 months to find a way to disable these Background Apps, but they keep restarting, so I posted a question here.It's a little hard to explain, I have Apps running in the background on Windows 10 (Version 21H2, Build 19044.1766), like Your Phone, although I don't use these apps. There is also a Search Application that runs with backgroundTaskHost.exe, and because it's running, I get the icon that my location is in use in the taskbar, and I have to open Task Manager, find that process, and end it.
