KB5005463 (Windows PC Health Check) 0x80070643 - can't install update and can't uninstalled previous versions

Looks like Windows 10 update won't install KB5005463. I get error 0x80070643.Also I have listed two entries for Windows PC Health Check:Both can't be uninstalled because the uninstaller was already removed.Month ago I already had Windows 11 installed, but removed it because the explorer is extremely slow and there are still so many other bugs.How to remove this **** and getting my updates working again?
