Problems with the windows hotspot feature.

Ever since updating to the following update (June 14, 2022—KB5014699 (OS Builds 19042.1766, 19043.1766, and 19044.1766)), I've had troubles with the hot spot feature. Before it would work as intended, but now if I turn it on and have some device connect to the hotspot, the connection on the device works perfectly fine, but I am unable to do anything network related from my computer. Tried setting up a hotspot via cmd line and run into the issue. Doing a clean boot and network reset hasnt helped either
