Hi, can someone help me with the issue:TLDRI can't install directx 9 from offline installer, directx in general from web installer, and MC Visual C++ 2012/2013. Tried whole bunch of solutions and none of them worked so far. DetailsI had issues with installation of some old game and I tried to install directx 9 manually, first via web-installer and afterwards with offline installer (both taken from microsoft site).
