New Drive Not Being Able to Boot

Recently I have decided to upgrade my C drive to a much larger drive. I used Macrium Reflect to clone my C drive over to the new drive (E Drive) and it looks like everything worked properly although I'm having trouble booting into it. When I try changing the boot device in BIOS the new drive (E Drive) won't show up as a bootable drive. I have tried changing any possible boot setting but none of them seem to allow the E drive to be booted into. When I check in Computer Management the new drive (E Drive) statues says Healthy (Basic Data Partition) although the old drive I'm trying to replace say
