Quick Assist is not updating from MS Store

Hello Everyone, I have a microsoft surface laptop 4 with Windows 10 (Company Image) and when I try to open quick assist ask me for the update then I get an error message.also this is happen on a Zbook Firefly. other computer at the company with the same windows 10 (company image) does not have this issue.
