How to uninstall "Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5014699)"

I've already tried going to the Uninstall an update screen, there is no option to uninstall. I've used both shell, and CMD, they both give me errors. I cannot rollback my system, as it says it was updated in the last ten days. I cannot access the internet when the hotspot is on, however the mobile hotspot from my pc is a necessity. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
