Hi, delivery optimization is using all of my bandwidth, when I look under task manager it is under the process Service Host: Network Service, expanding this shows that it is delivery optimization using the bandwidth. I tried ending the task, but it restarts itself after a few seconds. I have disabled delivery optimization in the settings, set the bandwidth limits to the lowest setting, set my network to a metered connection, and even tried finding the delivery optimization setting in regedit, but it just doesn't exist (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion).
