Hello there hope everyone is doing good, i am trying to build an image by sysprep without using generalize option. I am facing issue in first boot from Hi to desktop exactly 10mins, i ran a countdown timer for more than 30 times now all same. I tried sfc scan, dism restore and a ton of registry mods from 3rd party website but nothing is solved. I had some logs collected in event manager and it shows licensing error sometime, windows hello setup error sometime but i cannot get exactly what is happening in those 10 mins gap. All i get is It's taking a bit longer than expected. Please help. If so
