While connecting to network from Microsoft Edge browser or Google Chrome, 0x80004005 error occurred. How to fix it?

I experience again and again 0x80004005 error while connecting to network from Microsoft edge or Google Chrome Browser and network and sharing center. How to fix it? But when I try to connect from setting\network & Internet\Status\Network Troubleshooter, I get connected to Internet. How is that?
