when I try to open an installer on file explorer it take a long time

when I factory reset my laptop, it started having this problem. I have restarted it and factory reset it again. It would take long to install my browser and other stuff I use on a daily basis. When the program opens it has no problem at all. The following stuff under i have tried. * sfc /scannow* DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth* DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth* DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
