Hi. Let me start with some background information that will hopefully help you understand my situation from a different helpful perspective. I am a retired senior with limited technical computer knowledge and skills. Bought my hp laptop in 2017 and use it primarily to email, do my banking and such. Do not play games or do social media of any kind. A friend recently passed away and his family graciously gifted me his PC. It is also an hp and appears to be about the same age as mine.
