Trojan:Win32/Stealer.ER!MTB ; mistakanely authorized

Hi there,few days ago, i mistakenly authorized the followen trojan "Trojan:Win32/Stealer.ER!MTB" :i ve runned a full scan of my computer but nothing comes out.I wanna know how to undo this action and remove this malware from my computer ?After a quick research on the internet, i read that this malware is a real deal and people have suffered from it.Here is a windows page on this malware : Trojan:Win32/Stealer.ER!MTB threat description - Microsoft Security Intelligence.Thank you in advance for your help.
