when i open mobile hotspot only google websites work on it but connected devices work fine

i normally open hotspot from my laptop to my other laptop and mobile and it work fine ,suddenly whenever i open hotspot my laptop can only access google and YouTube ,etc. but the connected devices can access everything normally , i have rested the router , changed the DNS to cloudflare one time and to google the other time , but nothing worked and it seems that nobody faces this issue anywhere
