I have a relatively new Asus laptop. I recently tried to back up files from my old laptop and recover them to the new one. The software I used was Acronis True Image for Western Digital. Upon restart, I got a BIOS-like (was not in BIOS) error message because the folder could not be found. The back-up directory did not exist on my new machine, I just wanted the data into my user directory. After that, I cannot pass the Microsoft login screen or access my desktop at all. I have the correct password and pin, but every time I enter them the screen goes black for a moment and then shows me the Bing
