Hello,I keep hitting an issue where Defender completely takes over my CPU resources and makes basically impossible to operate. The issue is very sneaky, as the only sign something is going wrong is that operations take forever to complete.This issue is common when building code (embedded C/C++) and in more recent times I am also having the same issue with VSCode and Jupyter notebooks (an activity of less than 0.9s takes more than a minute to complete).When I disable it the issue disappears. Also adding my workspaces to the Exclusions in Settings does not help, since I assume the Exclusion only
