Microsoft account on Windows 10 -password error

When I go to Settings/Account, I show that I am logged into a Local Account as Administrator. WhenI click the option "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead", I login in and then the screen below appears asking for the password to be repeated. When I enter the same password (I've tried more than once sono typos), I get the error shown below. I am able to sign into Microsoft.com without any problem.
