Forgotten microsoft password setup

Good day!I am having troubles with my forgotten password when my laptop was set up by my sister when she formatted the laptop that I was using today.I accidentally signed up her Microsoft account on my laptop last week and I cannot remove her account. It says now that her account was the administrator. I tried signing up my Microsoft account so that I can change the administrator but it says that I need to sign up to the computer (see the attached picture).My sister forgot the password that she used when she set up my laptop.
