Turning hotspot in windows cuts the internet on desktop but the hotspot internet works

Hi, I have problem that just appeared few days ago. When I turn hotspot in windows on, It works perfectly on my phone but internet doesn't work on desktop at the same time. When I turn hotspot off, internet on desktop works again. Where can the issue be? It worked perfectly few days ago and I didn't change or install anything.The only thing I do to turn my hotspot on is by a macro because of an issue with asus wifi card ax200 160mhz -> from this video
