I have a old Dell Inspiron Computer. Before reinstalling Windows 10 to get rid of it, I want to check to see if there are any files that I don't already have backed up or transferred to my newer computers.The computer has been shut down for more than a year. So there was a very large backlog of updates to download and install. I did some preliminary work on the computer yesterday. The downloads came in overnight.
