Unable to access Microsoft Game on both Xbox App and Web Browser (Chrome)

I have a problem accessing Microsoft Games:- Using Microsoft Store: it redirects me to Xbox App -> Loading -> "Looks like you're stranded..." Error (Kindly see pic below)(for example: I tried Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition on Microsoft Store)- Using Web Browser: The page is loaded but the buttons show Error (Kindly see pic below)(for example: I tried Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition on Chrome Browser)I have connected EA Play and the EA Desktop works fine. No problem with EA side. I have tried to log in my other laptop and still get this error so my guess is there's a problem with my ac
