No longer able to share my internet conncetion with my phone via hotspot

Using a Windows 10 laptop connect to the internet via ethernet. Was always able to turn the hotspot on and connect my phone to it so have internet (no signal in old building) Well since the last update on June 14, 2022—KB5014699 (OS Builds 19042.1766, 19043.1766, and 19044.1766) I am no longer able to do this. I can turn the hotspot on and my phone connects and has internet, but my laptop doesnt have any internet anymore. Turn hotspot off and computer has connection just fine.
