For weeks now my internet connection has been struggling causing significant internet related problems all around the home. I've finally pinned it down to Windows Update on my Windows 10 Dell Workstation.The PC has all the latest updates installed, I have Paused updates, manually turned off all the Update options, Delivery Optimisation and even specified that my network connection is meterer, however none of this makes a difference and the only solution is to manually limit the "Aboslute bandwidth for downloading in foreground" the PC draws the maximum internet bandwidth from my connection.I c
