Since moving to a new network my Windows 10 computer has had terrible upload speeds (0.2 - 0.5 according to the m-labs speedtest that appears on google) and in general bad loading times. Youtibe videos always buffer and websites take forever to load.I have tested every port on the router, tested with other computers (only this one has bad speeds, the rest are fine), and I even booted this PC to a linux usb and ran the speed test which had perfect speeds, so I do not believe it is a hardware issue with the motherboard's built-in NIC (Intel I211).I tried doing fresh installs of Windows 10, one w
