Usb 3.0 problem on Windows 10, transfer speed really slow after drivers update?

Hello,I'll try to put it simple.I am a video editor and i use a lot of USB 3.0 external HDDs on the workstation that I use as media management, it's a 2013 machine, but still really usable.Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77-UD5H, CPU Intel i7 3770, 16gb DDR3, O.S. Drive Samsung SSD 850 PRO.The problem is that since I switched to Windows 10 I get really slow transfer speed from the USB 3.0 ports. Even if I am using really fast drives like portable SSDs, I get trasnfer speeds that goes from 1 MB/s to 20 MB/s at maximum speed.After trying everything I could do to solve this problem, i discovered that if i sim
