Folder Redirection folders became corrupt after changing internet routers.

Hi,We had Folder Redirect setup on our Windows Server 2019 DC and it worked great. Then we had to change routers from a Netgear to a Spectrum because of issues with our VOIP phones.Unfortunately, the VOIP phones work great and now the AD users cannot access their Documents, Downloads folder because it was setup as folder redirects. When opening them now, it shows an error that they don't have the network credentials and asks if users want to empty their Documents, Downloads folders trashcans because they are corrupt.Any help is much appreciated.
