Dear Sirs, I use Microsoft 10. My HP printer, model: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus, creates a queue after its first print request, refusing to print further files for a very considerable time. I am advised that the problem is likely to be associated with Microsoft computer updates. The update apparently replaces the original HP driver with a Microsoft version of the HP printer driver causing the queueing problem on my printer. Can you assist me to overcome this fault please?
