Keyboard issue

Hello,I'm using the Canadian French (QWERTY) keyboard. I recently bought a new computer and I'm having an issue with typing the characters "à" and "ç" where I often get "{a" instead of "à" and "]c" instead "ç" with the same key combinations. When that happens, I can usually get the character I want by retyping the same key combination until the correct character is displayed. This is really annoying and I don't know how to fix this. I never had this issue on my other Windows computer. Any help would be much appreciated.Cheers,René
