I came back from a weekend trip to find my laptop almost unusable. It can boot up to desktop but trying to start nearly any app gives me the "class not registered" error. I cannot access any settings whatsoever - even when trying to access settings using cmd or windows PowerShell. I've tried reregistering my .dlls using cmd to no avail. I've tried using powershell to access the dcom config - useless. I've tried sfc scan now - no integrity violations. I've tried DSIM restore health and scan health - no issues. I've done the built-in dell diagnostics, and the only error code it gave me is 2000-0
