Brightness keeps changing

Hi, I recently bought Dell Latitude laptop and my screen brightness keeps on changing. There's no adaptive brightness on power option, Intel Graphics Command Centre does not "Display Power Savings" option, tried using command prompt to disable adaptive brightness setting but no availCan someone help me? Thanks!
