Using Toshiba Satellite L655-S5061 running on Windows 10 Version: 1709I have got into "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLE (NETIO.SYS)" Bluescreen.I'm not able to boot into the computer, and not updated the drivers.I have not updated the PC when this occur, and it won't let me to update the drivers.The PC doesn't have a boot option to boot into USB Drive.I have tried to boot Windows 10 on a DVD with this error:Intel UNDI.
