Windows 10 Security Update for Server SQL 2014 Service Pack 3 GDR (KB5014165)

The service pack mentioned above keeps trying to download on my Windows 10 PC and keeps failing. What can I do to either get it to load or to permanently cancel this update? I am not well versed in technical aspects of my PC if there is some type of software modifications or changes to remedy this issue. Thank you for any assistance or suggestion you can provide.
