How can I reset the admin privileges from a secondary account that doesn't have admin access?

Hello to anyone who is reading this, I hope you're having a great day/evening/night.I encountered a problem where my laptop shutoff due to low battery, once I turned on my laptop I found out that my account alongside the admin account PINs had been resetted.I managed to restore my account's PIN and password but I couldn't manage for the other account.The laptop was owned by my mother who used it before for her job, later into the future she had left her job and lended me the laptop with her account still on it. I used her account for a while until I decided to create another account on the lap
