Stuck on Windows setup: Error:0x80070057

My laptop was stuck in a preparing automatic repair loop. Now I'm trying to clean install windows 10. I keep getting the error: We couldn't Format the selected partition. [Error:0x80070057]. I tried formatting using cmd prompt, but after creating the partition, when formatting with fs=ntfs quick, I get an error talking about parameters, when I don't include quick it gets stuck on 0%.
