I have 300Mbps Internet plan from Xfinity and for the past two years my Wi-Fi speeds on my gaming desktop PC have been very close to that mark according to various speed test apps. Recently, I noticed slow downloads and in-game stuttering. A speed check showed that I am only getting around 155 Mbps. At first, I blamed Xfinity, to my embarrassment. My iPhone 13, in my hand by the PC was getting about 308 with the same app. The PCs Wi-Fi Network Status page is showing the Wi-Fi link speed is 325, but Windows appears to be somehow throttling that down to 155. Windows appears to be doing something
