Mouse Single Click for Not Just Folder Opening

Much like CartIsHere(2017) message and many other questions I have read here, I too need to be able to use single click in all aspects of computer interface. I have tremors and often when I double-click (especially on small things) my hand shakes and it does not read the double click. I have file explorer set to do this and it is of immense help, this should be a simple addition to mouse settings in Ease of Access Center, especially as essential tremors diagnosis is on the rise.
