Very slow wifi speed

All of a sudden this week, my pcs wifi speeds have gone incredibly low and i can no longer run any online game without massive lag spikes. Although, when i do a wifi speed test online, this seems fine and on any other device in my house the wifi is perfect.Ive searched so many things up online trying to fix it and ive even tried using ethernet and bought a wifi booster but nothing seemed to work at all.All my drivers are updated and this is not an issue with my wifi and is more an issue with the pc itselfPlease help
