Explorer.exe - Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.My windows explorer, user icons, Microsoft Store , start button, settings nothing is opening and showing this error. Please help I can only open few things like third party apps, have to use keyboard shortcuts to open cmd, run , and to restart or shut down the pc. Please help me in this blunder!!!!!
