Everytime I turn on my laptop there are no networks available. I have to troubleshoot and just let it restart my laptop but then all the wifi connects appear. What do I have to do to fix it so that I dont have to run troubleshooter and restart my laptop every time I turn it on? In the troubleshooter it says theres a hardware or driver issue with the Qualcomm listed below.
