DISM command to restore Hyper-V health is not fully functional

Hello fellow Microsoft Community Members,I noticed and wanted to bring to your attention a possible program code issue. The DISM command when used to restore the health of the Hyper-V shows that it completes however does not restore any of the missing virtual services as seen here.I was hoping this would restore all the Hyper-V services or list error codes on why they are deleted from the machine.(Image: Shows false restore information)(Image: Services still missing)(Image: Error Code)(Image: Services are removed.
