Whenever I play a DirectX game or run a DirectX stress test I get a blackscreen and after some minutes my pc restarts without a BSoD

For some time now I've had the problem that whenever I play a DirectX game I get a blackscreen or sometimes even another color like pink or yellow on my second monitor after some minutes of playing. The same thing happens with stress tests but other games and stress tests that don't use DirectX (For example: Vulkan or OpenGL) don't appear to have this issue. Today I decided to stress test my GPU on 3DMARK (The stress test is called Time Spy and uses DirectX12) and the same thing happened.
